Nix is a littermate to Merle, who I lost tragically at one year old. When the opportunity came up to own Nix I couldn't pass it up. This dog reminds me so much of Merle it's unreal. He has tons of drive but also an amazing off switch. Loves the water and is working towards his dock diving title. He came to me in October as a 3yr old so we missed our chance to run NA but are currently training for UT. He was a therapy dog for the first years of his life but did not miss a beat when we showed him birds and the fields for the first time, it all clicked for him. Nix aims to please, super biddable and a lovebug on top of that. Gets along with everybody, including my kids. He was not exposed to kids until I got him so that speaks volumes for his temperament. The very definition of a velcro dog, yet still searches very independently when he knows there is birds to be found. The future is bright for this guy and I can't wait to see what kind of offspring he throws.

Kate is our Czech Republic import we have had the joy of watching grow up here. At 3 years old we had hoped to have her UT testing done by now but life has gotten in the way as it often does. nonetheless, Kate is an excellent example of her breeds versatility. She searches nicely, points honestly, holds her birds well and retrieves to hand with a soft mouth. She has zero hesitation about entering water and makes water retrieves just as easily as land. Kate also enjoys dock diving and has 2 passes towards her Dock Senior title. Very even tempered, never met a dog she's had an issue with. Lives with my 2 kids and an assortment of barnyard critters. This is Kate's first litter, we are excited to see what her and Nix will produce!
